Delivery & Acceptance
- Customers are responsible for the delivery fee upon receiving their order.
- Partial acceptance is not allowed. For example, if your order contains 5 items, you cannot accept only 1 item and refuse the remaining items. The order must be accepted or refused in full.
Exchange Policy
- Products may be exchanged within the applicable exchange period, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fee for all exchange requests.
Return Policy
- If you choose to return an order after accepting it, you will be responsible for the shipping cost in both directions (delivery and return).
- Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.
Exceptions
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the return or exchange is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), Soft Steps will cover all shipping costs.
